Motiongate and Bollywood
In 2013 we started the collaboration with Meraas Development Co. and Dubai Parks and Resorts, for the project of developing two Parks in Dubai: Motiongate and Bollywood.
From 2013 to 2016, we provided support and advice services to the developers during the design of the Parks, the projects development phase, and the pre-opening phase.
We also were in charge of procurement of the most important rides.
The Parks opened in 2016 on the basis of a management contract, and we were in charge of establishing a Management Team to run the Park and of the supervision. We were a member of the Dubai Parks and Resorts Steering Committee.
As today, the Parks are still managed by the original team.
MEP Awards 2017:
Motiongate wins project of the year. Aurecon won the GCC Project of the Year award for Montiongate Dubai project.
Oceans of the world
As part of our collaboration with Meraas Development Co. and Dubai Parks and Resorts, we also helped them to develop the concept of a new Park, Oceans of the World, a world class marine Park with Marine Animals and different attractions.
We provided the strategic plan for the Park, and the concept and content.
We conducted the tender process to select the Design Company among the best Theme Park Design companies in the World.
We finally defined a full construction Budget and the initial Business Plan.
Municipally of Dubai
Safari Park
Due to the success in the Management of the Dubai Parks, the Municipally of Dubai contacted us to seek for help in the re-opening of the Dubai Safari.
Support on consultancy services for the Municipality for 6 months, including a redesign of the Park, a new management team, and an expansion of the animal collection.
Support on the construction company with technical aspects of the exhibits and of animal care.
New Water Park with Dubai Holding
A new Outdoor Water Park to be develop at Dubai Parks and Resorts area.
Outdoor Water Park of 50,000 sq. mts, with the biggest wave pool of Middle East.
Our role:
Help to define the project, coordinate the different teams and present the best international companies to deliver the project.
Doing an International tender process to select the Design company.

Work with the design company to provide Operational input.
Coordinate with Rides manufacturers to find options for replacement.
