Manabay Water Park
A new Resort development in Bangladesh with an Outdoor Water Park and a Hotel of 250 rooms.
The Park is already open and in operation since September 2023.
Work Completed
- Review the design from an Operational perspective.
- Coordinate the installation of the rides and of the Water Park equipment.
- Prepare the Park for opening, including recruitment and training of the Staff, and set the procedures and manuals for Operation.
- Select and implement a TFE team of 4 expats, very experienced Water Park Operators, in order to prepare the Park for the Opening.
- Full Opening of the Park.
