After graduating from a university with Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality management, Babrah has developed a successful career as an operations manager in wide range of business industries like water parks, Theme parks, Zoos, and hotel management at large from national and international organizations.
Her areas of expertise include park services (housekeeping, laundry and gardening), ticketing, customer service, lifeguards training, food and beverage operation system and human resources knowledge while putting health and safety for both customers and staffs at a top priority following company standard operating procedures.
She is committed to using her great skills of management, team player and communication skills to help reach a company wider and more diverse audience, meaning more people are supported to move on and up in life.
